Jennifer Berkson

Jennifer is a proud Alumni and also the parent of three Comanches, Maddox, Class of 2021, Briggs Class of 2023 and Gannon, Class of 2027. Jennifer and her husband David are proud parents and active members of the community. 

Jennifer strives to promote Canyon High School to the community and beyond. She is committed to providing support to all Comanches and their student groups and teams. Jennifer wants every student who walks the campus to feel like they are a part of the Tribe.

Jennifer is also committed to upholding the rich history and traditions of Canyon High School, all while evolving to achieve greatness.

Michelle Bohen

​Michelle (Cates) Bohen is a Canyon alumni and parent of past and present Canyon students, Michelle is “Committed to the C.” She has been an educator for almost 27 years. Her experience as an educator and as an alumni of Canyon motivates her to want the best for all students and staff. Before joining the Foundation, she volunteered with Girl Scouts, Canyon’s Regiment Booster, Track & Field, Girls Volleyball Booster, Basketball and Baseball.

Michelle and her husband, Gene have been actively involved with the Anaheim Hills community volunteering for their daughter, Brigette, class of 2021, and son, Evan, class of 2025. Michelle is enjoying her journey with the Foundation and supporting Canyon High School.

Cindy Timoti

Together with her husband Bryan, Cindy has been an active volunteer since their boys were students at Imperial Elementary School and values supporting public education in any way possible.

She has been an elementary school teacher for Anaheim Elementary School District for over 20 years and is currently the President of their teachers’ association.

She is a co-chair of the Foundation’s Grad Seats Upgrade fundraiser and the Secretary for Canyon’s PTSA and Instrumental and Performing Arts Booster. 

Mona Desai

Mona Desai is the proud parent of three wonderful children: Devin, Class of 2025, Ian, Class of 2027, and Maya, Class of 2031. Mona holds a Master’s degree in Public Health, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to make a significant impact in her community. Mona has been an active member of the Canyon Robotics Booster Club, serving diligently as both Secretary and President. 

Her career in public health is reflected in her efforts to provide comprehensive support to all Comanches, their student groups, and teams. Mona is dedicated to creating opportunities for students to excel academically and personally, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary for success. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can achieve their full potential.

Aekta Patel

Aekta and her husband, Amish, are proud parents of two daughters: Amaya class of 2025 and Aysha class of 2029. Both Aekta and her husband are involved with the Orange Unified School District.

Aekta has been teaching with the district since 2006 and currently teaches at Villa Park Elementary school. Her husband coaches softball at Canyon.

Aekta takes deep pride in ensuring all students feel included and involved. Being part of the foundation does just this. It brings everyone together. 

Brent McKee

Mr. McKee has worked at Canyon for more than 25 years. His goal as  Principal of Canyon High School, is to have every student connected to our school through at least one of the many great programs Canyon offers. Four years of high school go by quickly and his hope is that every student who leaves here will not only be prepared for their next step in life, but can also look back and feel thankful for the four years that they experienced at Canyon High School.

Mr. McKee always encourage feedback from parents, students and community, and always tries to help students anyway he can, alongside his wonderful adminstration staff. Mr. McKee proudly supports all that the Foundation does to support the Canyon High School community.
